If you prefer a paper copy of the electronic Instructions for Use (eIFU) for your device, you can request one at any time. Please contact our Customer Service team by emailing psg-service@paradigmspine.com and specify the product name and reference number if available. Paradigm Spine will provide the paper version of the requested eIFU free of charge and deliver it to you within 7 working days from the date of your request.
